The Kraken rigid SUP is a great all-around paddle board that's stable, maneuverable, and easy to transport. This hard paddle board is configured with a single, tri-fin, or quad-fin option, allowing the rider to choose between a center fin for cruising or adding side-bite fins to enhance the surfing experience. With our enhanced hand-finished epoxy sandwich bamboo construction, this SUP comes in 3 sizes: 9’9", 10’3", and 11’. In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well being of their drivers and our customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@PurePaddlee.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@PurePaddlee.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy.
