The Shubu Kraken inflatable SUP is a stylish, stable, and versatile recreational board that is travel-friendly and easy to store. It works equally well for beginners and intermediate paddlers and is perfect for couples or families who want a his & her board option. Available in 2 sizes - 10’ and 11’, the Kraken is built with Dual Fusion Laminate, which combines a high-density drop-stitch core and specialized sidewalls, making it stiffer and more durable than other inflatables. The Kraken is the perfect choice for a do-everything board, and its 11’ x 33” x 6” dimensions make it ideal for most adults.

- Dual Fusion Laminate board with drop-stich construction: Dual Fusion laminate (DFL) combines a high-density drop-stitch core featuring internal fibers coated in liquid PVC with PVC tarpaulin top and bottom layers, and a specialized sidewall material, making the layers more durable and resilient than ever before.
- Carry handle: Features an easy-carry neoprene handle for easy transport to and from the water.
- Fin setup: The center fin box comes with a 9” FCS2 quick-connect fin for a tool-less installation, providing high performance in all conditions. The Kraken also has 2 additional fins, allowing for a tri-fin configuration, which is suitable for surfing.
- Gear tie-downs: 4-point tie-downs with bungee cargo cordage on the front and rear of the board to hold your gear for an extended expedition.
- Large deck pad: This SUP is outfitted with an ultra-comfortable honeycomb deck pad for smooth rides.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@PurePaddlee.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@PurePaddlee.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy.
